Notes you need to know about identification, check-in procedures and luggage before boarding

As soon as you book your flight, here are some things you must remember to avoid trouble at the airport due to lack of understanding. Let VietAIR record all the procedures related to your flight.

1. Note about identification

Adults:

+ Identity card / ID card valid for less than 15 years, clearly shaped and clear

+ Or valid passport

Children: From 14 years old

+ Identity card / ID card valid for less than 15 years with clear pictures and words

+ Or identity card: with the following basic information: full name, date of birth, place of household registration permanent residence, current residence certified by the ward, commune police of the place of permanent or temporary residence, with photo, stamped and only valid within 30 days from the date of certification.

Children: Under 14 years old

+ Birth certificate: Copy of the extract or the original

2. Time to present check-in procedures

Please bring the above documents and VietAIR ticket code to present at the check-in counter 120 minutes before the departure time to check in.

3. Conditions of baggage

Hand luggage: 07kg (Maximum size: 56cm x 36cm x 23cm)

Checked baggage (Additional purchase): 20kg (Maximum size: 119cm x 119cm x 81cm)
