Booked through Gracy. She is very friendly and helpful. She helped design a 6-day tour that suits our needs, including fitting in the chance to attend Masses at a Catholic church in Hanoi. The tour guide, Mr Duyen, is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to improvise along the way so we could have the best experience there.
