This fantastic cruise was arranged for us by the Hanoi office, and they even organized a pickup from our hotel in Halong Bay. It was a 6-hour cruise, making it a long day from Hanoi, but we were so glad we chose to stay overnight in Halong Bay to break up the journey. I’d definitely recommend staying overnight there for a more relaxed experience. Great cruise—highly recommend it! Asia Mystika also took care of our airport transfers, which was a big help.

From pickups and transport to hotels, meals, and tours, everything was perfect with no complaints. The special meals were delicious and always included great Vietnamese specialties. One of our favorite experiences was the walking restaurant tour in Hoi An, where we visited five fantastic restaurants. It was definitely a highlight!

The wife and I were going to do it on our own until Asia Mystika was recommended to us by a friend. It was no mistake going with Asia Mystika. The guides and drivers were very well educated about the area that they covered and answered all our questions. I would recommend adding a "free" day here and there as they keep you quite busy going to all the best places. If we head over to S.E. Asia in the future, I would select Asia Mystika to make my arrangements both for quality and price.

We just returned from an incredible one-week trip to Vietnam, organized through Asia Mystika with Billy as our agent. He was so flexible and helpful with the tour details, allowing us to adjust the itinerary and personalize the experience. Once we arrived, everything—pickups, tours, connections—went smoothly. The guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We did encounter one issue (unrelated to Asia Mystika), but they went above and beyond to resolve it and even covered the cost. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

We spent three wonderful days with Billy, and it was a fantastic experience! Our group of four adults chose private tours, and we couldn’t be happier. Our first tour was the half-day Hidden Hanoi Walking Tour—the cyclo ride through the Old Quarter is an absolute must. This tour was a perfect introduction to the city, giving us confidence to explore on our own afterward. The next day, we did the full-day Story of Hanoi tour, and Billy was incredibly informative. The visits to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Citadel are essential stops in Hanoi. Our final tour was the Evening Street Eats tour, which was so much fun and a must-try for anyone wanting an authentic taste of Hanoi. Many thanks to Billy for an amazing time and to Asia Mystika for their excellent service. And a big thank you to Arthur for all the help in arranging our private tours—it was a truly wonderful experience!

Asia Mystika truly deserves a special mention! They didn’t miss a beat on any of our excursions, arrivals, or departures. Amid the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this tour was a fantastic way to explore a large part of the city—both on foot and by pedi-cab. In just one afternoon, I got to see so much! I loved sampling authentic local foods, visiting a neighborhood market, and discovering a few lesser-known corners of the city that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. My guide, Billy, was incredibly knowledgeable, and his English was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful way to spend a hot afternoon, and I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi!

We enlisted Asia Mystika to plan and organize a customized 1-week tour of Vietnam, and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Our main contact, Billy, was extremely professional throughout the planning process, which we handled mostly via email at my request. Our goal was to explore multiple cities and regions, and Billy helped us create an itinerary that incorporated both our ideas and his suggestions. He put together a package with a selection of hotels in different price ranges, and after doing some research and reading reviews on TripAdvisor, we ended up with a fantastic collection of properties that offered outstanding service. Billy also suggested some wonderful Asia Mystika excursions, like street food tours and a cooking class, for each destination. He was always very responsive, helping us finalize the details and pricing through a few weeks of back-and-forth planning. Each time I asked for adjustments and price updates, he replied within 24 hours (if not sooner) unless he had notified me he’d be out of the office. When we had a few minor issues with transfers that weren’t under Asia Mystika’s control, I reached out to him, and he responded almost immediately. Asia Mystika arranged all our transfers and guides, and we were truly impressed by their professionalism. Our tour included transfers for both international and four regional flights, and each time we were met by a friendly guide and driver who were always on time (usually early) and ready to get us where we needed to go. The guides were licensed professionals fluent in English, knowledgeable, polite, entertaining, and full of energy. Asia Mystika even brought in local guides as needed, and they were equally wonderful. Special thanks to our main guides—William (Huang) in HCMC, “Jackie Chan” in Hanoi, Yuong in Halong, Tony in Hoi An, De in Da Nang, and Dat in the Mekong—as well as the drivers who made our Vietnam journey so memorable. In sum, we absolutely loved our trip to Vietnam and thought Asia Mystika did an excellent job of planning and executing our itinerary at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again if we return to Vietnam or travel to other parts of Asia.

This was our second tour in Vietnam with Asia Mystika, and once again, we were very impressed! Arthur organized our trip, and everything was exceptionally well arranged. We traveled as a group of 7, including two children (ages 8 and 5), and had wonderfully accommodating and flexible guides. Special mention goes to Harry, our guide in Danang. Some highlights included an amazing 2-night cruise on Halong Bay with Amanda Cruise—Kevin and the crew were fantastic! We also loved the cyclo rides through Hanoi. The meals included in the tour were of high quality, adding to our great experience. Arthur arranged three internal flights for us, and each time, the guides were visible, ready, and waiting for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Asia Mystika—everything went smoothly, with no complaints at all. Thank you, Arthur, for such a memorable and unforgettable experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Arthur from Asia Mystika for my trip to Hanoi and Halong Bay, and it was a fantastic experience. He took care of everything—from fixing my visa issue to booking the Halong Bay cruise and coordinating all my transportation. When I arrived at the airport with a visa problem, his team was there to greet me right after I got off the plane. When we first arrived in Vietnam, we had only booked a couple of tours, but quickly realized it’s not the easiest place to navigate without the language or local knowledge. Asia Mystika and their guides were a lifesaver—they didn’t miss a beat! What made it even better was that they listened to us and didn’t just take us to the typical tourist-packed spots. All the guides spoke excellent English, had deep local knowledge, and were incredibly patient. By the end of our trip, we had booked over 10 tours with them, and I can honestly say we have no reason not to recommend them. In the big cities, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or hassled on your own, but with a guide, we avoided all that. They helped us navigate through busy spots without getting stuck in long queues, making everything so much easier. If you’re planning a trip, do yourself a favor—spend a little extra for a guide and enjoy your holiday with minimal fuss. We also used Asia Mystika for all of our transfers, and everything went smoothly, which we especially appreciated after long flights.

When I first started considering Vietnam as a holiday destination, I received so many recommendations from friends and family. Honestly, if I had followed all of them, I’d probably still be in Vietnam! It’s such a long country with so much to explore, but I’ll definitely be back. I decided to reach out to the professionals and contacted three different companies for quotes. Asia Mystika came back with the most practical itinerary, offering customization at a great price. We managed to enjoy some free days to ourselves in Hanoi, Halong, Danang, and Saigon, which was a nice balance. I highly recommend doing the Essence of Hanoi, Essence of Danang, and Essence of Ho Chi Minh City tours, especially with the local guides that Asia Mystika works with. They offer incredible insight into the cities, the people, and their daily lives, helping you feel connected to the local culture and history. The tours even cover food, so you get to know the local specialties, and they take you through markets to experience the importance of fresh produce in daily life. I feel like we got a true taste of Vietnam and saw all the key highlights. A few tips: Two days and one night in Halong Bay is just right. Stay in Hoi An, not on the beach, and use a shuttle when needed. Three days in Saigon is perfect for seeing everything while still having time to rest.

We chose Asia Mystika to organize our trip to Vietnam, as we wanted a private tour tailored just for us rather than a standard bus tour. We couldn't be happier with their services! Everything ran smoothly, from the airport and train station pick-ups to the day tours. The accommodations they suggested were excellent, in great locations (with just one exception), and most were charming boutique-style hotels. Our itinerary was quite busy, but that was by choice, and we appreciated the flexibility to make changes along the way. The guides in each area were wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. A big thank you to Asia Mystika for providing us with such an excellent trip!

Thank you, Asia Mystika, for an incredible trip! My wife and I, along with six family members and friends, just returned from a week in Vietnam, perfectly arranged and guided by Asia Mystika. Everything turned out even better than we could have imagined. From the very start, our consultant, Arthur, was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us plan every detail, answering countless questions over the months leading up to the trip. He stayed in close contact, always ready to assist when needed. The trip was fantastic in every way, from the lovely accommodations to the delicious food, the skilled and fun-loving guides, and the safe drivers. Our daily itinerary was packed and diverse, giving us a great opportunity to truly experience Vietnam’s beautiful landscape, rich culture, and friendly people. Highlights of our travels included stops in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Along the way, we traveled by van, overnight train, junk boat, Vietnam Airlines, ferry, basket boat, and rowboat—each adventure adding something special to the trip. Thanks to excellent planning and our wonderful local guides, our trip was both enjoyable and educational. We had Billy in Hanoi, Tailor in Sapa, Quy in Danang, and Dominic (Hung) in Ho Chi Minh City, and each one was a delight. They were all knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and attentive to our needs, making sure we had a truly memorable experience. They brought the trip to life with their personalities and humor, helping us feel at home and have a great time. Arthur and the entire team at Asia Mystika, along with our guides, get top marks from our group of 8! Thank you again for such a wonderful travel experience. We highly recommend Asia Mystika!

We booked our 8-day Vietnam trip through Asia Mystika, and their agent Billy, based in the Hanoi office, was fantastic. He was always quick to respond, which is especially reassuring when booking from abroad, and he put together an amazing itinerary for us. Once we arrived in Vietnam, everything ran smoothly. We stayed in great hotels, had friendly and knowledgeable guides, and enjoyed comfortable transportation throughout. We got to experience the beauty of nature, explore monuments and cities, and connect with the wonderful people of Vietnam. A huge thank you to the entire Asia Mystika team, and especially to Billy, for all their hard work in making our trip truly unforgettable! Best regards, Jocelyn

My wife and I, along with another couple, recently returned from an amazing week-long trip to Vietnam. We were incredibly fortunate to choose Asia Mystika for our tours in Hanoi, Halong, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Our itinerary came together after many emails with Mr. Arthur from Asia Mystika, who was so patient and kind throughout the planning process. Our guides—Billy in Hanoi, Hieu in Halong, Quy in Danang, and Dominic (Hung) in Ho Chi Minh City—were all fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, and lots of fun! They struck a perfect balance by not overwhelming us with too many details, allowing us to visit more sites. While we did a lot of walking, we also used vans and cabs when needed. Each guide was attentive to my food preferences and intolerances, making sure we enjoyed delicious meals at great restaurants. Billy and Dominic treated us to unforgettable night food tours in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with Billy even taking us to a spot where we were the only tourists. Some of the highlights included the Old Quarter and night food tour in Hanoi, Marble Mountain and Bana Hills in Danang, and the night tour in Ho Chi Minh City. We were absolutely thrilled with Arthur and all of our guides. Arthur also organized all of our airport transfers. Compared to our friends who took packaged tours, I’m confident we saw so much more at a fraction of the cost.

My friends & I booked with Asia Mystika Travel for our Hanoi & Sa Pa holidays. We were so happy to meet up with Gracy who organised a fantastic itinerary for our whole trip for a total of 9 days. The guides were very knowledgeable & super helpful. We really enjoyed their company & the food that were recommended to us. Our drivers were also super efficient & understanding. Our hotels booked by Asia Mystika : May de Ville in Hanoi, Pistachio Hotel & Topas Ecolodge in Sa Pa were wonderful. The hotels provided great varieties of food for our breakfast. I would recommend anyone who needs a Travel Agency to use Aisa Mystika as they really have very responsible & kind staffs doing whatever they can to make our stay a memorable one, esp Gracy, she is a real Angel who kept checking if we were ok throughout our stay👍🙏

Asia Mystika travel agent organised a tour itinerary for my Brother & Myself in a group to Hanoi and Halong Bay. I thoroughly enjoyed myself with our group. My brother and myself enjoyed the tour. The views were amazing and food is great. We loved the tour guide, driver and atmosphere was all great. Tour agent Helen did a responsible job by ensuring, safe fetching from airport and great tour around the places. Halong Bay was amazing too and we loved the food in the Dragon Cruise and the group activities such as kayaking, boat ride, get together timing and staffs were very friendly. The Old Quarters in Hanoi a great place for shopping , body massage, Christmas shopping. Mina hotel & Spa was a great hotel to stay with their lovely & helpful staffs and wonderful breakfast. So, it was a worth trip and cost is very reasonable for the services & travel, which we paid to Asia Mystika. Excellent Travel Agency that took care of our little travel needs in Vietnam Our group of 5 travelled to Hanoi and then to Sapa , enroute to Danang over a 9 day period. The trip was amazing and well co-ordinated by our travel agency - Asia Mystika Travel. Our co-ordinator Mr Billie was excellent in his follow-up and replies to our enquries. This is the first time we travelled with this agency and the experience was great. Billie texted us during our journey to make sure we were doing well and enjoying ourselves and we would like to thank him for ensuring that our trip was well-organised. There are many highlights during our trip and enjoyed every moment. We had 3 local guides in Hanoi, Sapa and Danang, all our guides are knowledgeable and spoke great English. We gained a lot of knowledge about the culture, food and customs about Vietnam and most of all, our guides were very patient with us and took care of our needs during the trip. One little incident during our trip in Hue, when our van broke down at about 4pm and we were heading to the Imperial Tombs that closes at 5pm. Our tour guide reacted calmly and quickly booked 2 Taxi to bring us to the old tomb before closing time. It would have been a shame had we missed this opportunity to visit this heritage site as it was truely an amazing experience for us. Not to mention, the driver tries his best to change the tyres and was there to pick us up once it was all done. This trip was made possible by the travel agency that took care of our little needs and even when we asked for seperate beds for our hotel stay ( so that everyone can be comfortable), they gladly help us made the necessary arrangement. I will be back to Danang again in January 2024 with my family and guess what - I am definitely looking forward to Asia Mystika Travel to help with all the necessary arrangement and looking forward to having another excellent trip. I had the pleasure of experiencing a very well organized tour of Vietnam, courtesy of Asia Mystika, and I can recommend this agency with a great confidence. We've been travelling through Vietnam for 2 weeks with my family & friends. The scope of the service covered ,the recommendation on the route/places to visit + organising accommodation/hotels/often restaurands, transprtation & guides in different regions of Vietnam - from Hanoi to Sajgon. Our travel agent/advisor was Mr Arthur. From the moment we first made contact, it was clear that this agency operates at a high level of care, professionalism & dilligence. We started to communicate via WhatsApp and the contact was very efficient & regular:) Understanding our unique needs and preferences was their top priority. The team took the time to listen to our interests, whether it was exploring historical sites, enjoying local cuisine, or seeking adventure in nature. Their personalized approach ensured that every aspect of the tour was tailored to our desires, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Flexibility was another hallmark of their service. Our itinerary was thoughtfully planned yet remained adaptable to our spontaneous whims and changing circumstances, even in the last moment:) Mr Arthur and the employed guides asked regularly about our satisfaction/feedback, checked if everything was OK. I attach a few picures recalling our nice memories....

My husband and I just returned from an incredible trip across Vietnam, and it was all thanks to Asia Mystika. Mr. Billy (Thang Tran) was fantastic in helping us plan the entire journey. From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized. Billy was always prompt and thorough in answering my emails, which really put my mind at ease. The hotels were outstanding, perfectly located so we could easily explore and immerse ourselves in each destination. All our airport pickups, drop-offs, flights, and transfers were flawless, and the guides were exceptional. I could go on and on about our amazing Vietnam experience—it truly gave us memories to last a lifetime. Thank you, Billy and Asia Mystika, for a first-class experience that we will always cherish.
