Travel out Hanoi city and go on highway to reach Hai Phong city. It takes you 2 hours on car to reach the city. And then you travel ahead to Cat Ba Island where you reach around noon time at Got ferry. Another transfer from ferry to Ben Beo Pier. At first you will have a short introduction you will board a traditional Junk and cruise in style around the unique floating villages, home to many families. You will kayak through the beautiful scenery of the bay and tide permitting. Head to Viet Hai Village for overnight. Option for buggy pick-up or cycling reach to village.
Viet Hai Ancient Fishing Village is a small fishing village located deep within Cat Ba National Park, in Cat Hai district, Hai Phong, Vietnam. Compared to other fishing villages, this place has a relatively small area of about 141 hectares with 70 households living there. This ancient village of Cat Ba is also known as the "island within an island" due to its rich ecosystem, which includes mountains, forests, and the sea within its boundaries.

This morning, small boat will pick-up from Viet Hai Village back to Ben Beo Pier, visit Trung Trang cave.
Trung Trang Cave in Hai Phong is a natural cave that traverses through the mountains, with a length of approximately 300 meters. Formed over millions of years, the interior of the cave consists of a unique limestone ecosystem with countless peculiar shapes.
In the past, Trung Trang Cave was home to bat colonies, so the local people often referred to it as Bat Cave. During the resistance war, the cave was used by the High Command as a military base, and it was also known as Navy Cave.
In the noon, hop back onboard a speedboat to return to Hai Phong's main port. From here, get on a car for 2 hour journey back to Hanoi, arriving in the afternoon.
If time permit, our guide will take you to the Old Quarter, explore the local life and enjoy Cyclo tour or Water puppet show.

The Hiking road is quite flat, not too much difficult, but cross the field and stream is one of interesting activity. Continue moving on Khau Pha Pass (one of the top 4 passes in North of Vietnam to enjoy the fantastic scenery) to Mu Cang Chai

Head to Tra Que vegetable village. You’ll enjoy a welcome drink and then walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work in their fields following the methods that have been in use for hundreds of years.
Next you’ll having a cooking lesson with a chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, you’ll have a chance to enjoy what you’ve cooked! The day tour will be finished after visiting the Ancient Town Hoian.

In the morning, transfer to Tay Ninh to visit Cao Dai temple. Then transfer to Cu Chi to visit the amazing tunnel network of Cu Chi. This incredible system, covering almost 250 kilometers in length, was shelter to over 16,000 Vietcong during the wars. Initially started in 1948 to fight against the French air and ground sweeps, the network then served as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living quarters for Vietnamese fighters throughout the American war. If interested, you can even descend into the tunnels to learn more about the harsh conditions faced by the Vietcong guerrillas who lived there.
