Overall, our tour experience was fantastic! Even though we had a small hiccup at the start that caused an hour delay, the time was made up during the cruise, and it was beyond the tour operator’s control. Our guide, Arthur, really made the tour fun and engaging—his positive energy kept the mood light and cheerful all day. Plus, on the way back, he shared some great food recommendations around Hanoi, which was such a nice touch!

Average we had a good experience.the bad thing was the pick up time in the morning, they had a problem with the bus but they solved it quickly, with good communication and a coffee as a present :) the food in the cruise wasn't good at all, but I think it's not their fault, although I think they have to improve it. Despite of that, the boat was so nice, more luxury than others we saw. They organize the trip with a lot of time, so the last minute problem didn't change the cruise time. Billy, our guide, was such a nice person. Very funny and helpful all the time. He gave us good tips and he tried to move to the places with less tourists, as long as it was possible. Of course, if you go by your own you will have more time for each activity, but for one day is ok. We can recommend it :)

We went on an 11-day trip covering Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Halong, and it was fantastic! Anytime we had a question or ran into an issue, we could just reach out to Arthur on WhatsApp, and he handled everything for us. He did an amazing job organizing the entire tour, making sure everything went smoothly, and being incredibly patient with us—especially when we got anxious about things like a driver being 15 minutes late or missing at the airport. Arthur truly made everything easier for us, and his support was invaluable. We would absolutely do this trip again, as long as Arthur is there to guide us!

From the moment we reached out to Billy at Asia Mystika for our one-week tour of Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Halong, we knew we were in great hands! We usually travel independently, so this was our first time using a travel company. After a hectic year, we were feeling pretty exhausted, but with Billy’s support, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of everything, from helping with our visas to answering our WhatsApp questions—even down to how much to tip our driver. Billy was always available, day or night, and no matter how many questions we had, he was patient and accommodating. As our tour comes to an end, we can honestly say it’s been one of the best trips we’ve ever had! Thank you, Billy and Asia Mystika! Next up is Laos, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to you again! 🙏🏼

A huge thank you to Mr. Arthur and Asia Mystika for an unforgettable experience! We booked a 7-night, 8-day tour, and every detail was perfectly taken care of. All transfers, including airport pickups and drop-offs, were included, making everything so convenient. Our tour included an incredible overnight stay on a boat in Halong Bay and a memorable homestay and trek in Sapa. The rest of our time was spent exploring Hanoi, where our hotel was lovely and perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to great restaurants and bars. Everything went off without a hitch—there wasn't a single hiccup throughout the trip. I highly recommend this company for its excellent value and seamless service. Thank you, Asia Mystika, for making our trip so special!

A huge thank you to Mr. Billy, our tour guide Coby, and our driver Viet for making our trip so unforgettable! You all truly made our holiday special. When we first reached out, I shared a few ideas about the places we wanted to visit and the activities we had in mind. Mr. Billy quickly responded with some fantastic suggestions and a draft itinerary that stood out from the 10 or so others we received from other companies. His prompt and thoughtful responses gave me complete confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. We worked together to fine-tune the details a couple of times before finalizing the tour. Mr. Billy made sure to accommodate all our requests—nothing was too much trouble. We communicated smoothly via email and WhatsApp, and he sent a detailed proposal that covered everything: sites, hotels, homestays, transport, permit fees, and more. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Billy and couldn’t wait for the trip! Our guide, Coby, was a young professional in his 20s, and he couldn’t have been more perfect. He spoke excellent English and shared so much about Vietnam’s history, culture, and everyday life, making every moment interesting. Coby was the ideal host, always making sure our accommodations were comfortable, helping with our bags, translating when needed, and constantly checking in on us. He was also genuinely interested in getting to know us, asking questions without ever being intrusive. Plus, he was a lot of fun—we chatted, laughed, sang, shared stories, and quickly came to see him as a friend. Our driver, Viet, was incredibly friendly and always in good spirits, with a contagious laugh that kept us smiling. He drove with great care, handling even the challenging mountain roads of northern Vietnam with patience and skill. Mr. Billy also suggested a cruise for Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, and we chose the 3-day, 2-night package on the La Regina Legend. It was a fantastic experience with exceptional service, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Once again, thank you to Asia Mystika—Billy, Coby, and the wonderful people of Vietnam—for an amazing and memorable trip. I highly recommend them and wish them all the best!

Billy at Asia Mystika provided the best tour support we’ve ever had. Even though we never met him in person, he was always available via WhatsApp, day or night, to answer any questions we had before and during our trip. He went above and beyond, customizing our trip to fit our needs perfectly—even when we decided last minute to include our son and his girlfriend on a tour! The entire trip was incredibly well-organized, with centrally located and welcoming hotels, reliable pick-ups and drop-offs, and engaging, informative day trips. We appreciated the balance between guided activities and free time, with about half of our days planned and the rest open for us to explore at our own pace. Staying 2-3 days in each hotel gave us the chance to settle in, unpack a bit, and really enjoy our time in each city. Our itinerary included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa, and Ninh Binh, offering a fantastic mix of Vietnam’s vibrant cities and peaceful countryside. Some highlights included an overnight stay on Halong Bay, exploring the ancient Hoa Lu and Trang An Complex, visiting Tu Le village, and wandering through the fascinating streets of Hanoi’s old quarter. Each day trip felt personal, with small group sizes of around a dozen people, making it feel like we were the only ones on the Asia Mystika tour. The tour guides were fantastic, especially Dung (“Kylian”) in Halong Bay. The only regret we had was missing out on exploring Sapa earlier in our trip—we wish we’d arranged a visit closer to the start. But the absolute highlights were Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, and a few wonderful surprises along the way. Huge thanks to Billy for all your dedication, expertise, and hard work!

The excursion was an incredible experience with breathtaking views. What truly made the trip special was our interaction with Mai, a local guide from Sapa of the Black Hmong. She was the highlight of our journey, sharing a wealth of information and insights in fluent English, and connecting with us on a personal level. Mai was incredibly patient, giving us plenty of time to rest, even stopping for a break at a cozy café. Though we fell behind schedule as it got dark, Mai went above and beyond by arranging scooter taxis to help us finish the trek—so kind and thoughtful! The trek itself offers both an easier route along the roads and a more challenging one through the rice paddies. It wasn't technically difficult, just a bit slippery and uneven in places. Our group of five, including four middle-aged ladies who don’t hike often, managed just fine with a bit of help and a slower pace. The views were stunningly beautiful—definitely something you have to see for yourself. Our homestay was great. Visiting during the low season in September meant we had the entire building to ourselves, but with many rooms, I imagine it would be quite full and less private during peak season. The host family was very kind, though they didn’t speak English, so our interaction with them was limited, and we ate at our own table. Our guide, Mai, however, joined us for a drink and conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The coach was comfortable, with the option to upgrade for more space and privacy, though our group was perfectly happy with the standard seats. Lunch at the restaurant was hearty, with generous portions. It wasn’t the best meal ever, but it was definitely satisfying. Another standout was the excellent service from Asia Mystika. Arthur, my contact, stayed in touch with me on WhatsApp before, during, and even long after the tour, keeping me updated and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. His responsiveness was impressive—he even replied to messages late at night. When one of our group members forgot some souvenirs on the bus, Arthur spent three days tracking them down and eventually found them, holding them at his office for us to pick up in Hanoi. We visited not long after Typhoon Yagi, and while there were many landslides along the way, the views remained stunning, and the locals were cheerful and welcoming. The impact on our trip was minimal. Overall, the service was amazing, and I would definitely recommend Asia Mystika for your tour!

I had a wonderful time soaking in the beauty of nature, and the cruise was truly satisfying. The team aboard La Regina took excellent care of me. My package included kayaking into a cave on the first day and a bit of hiking on the second, which added to the adventure. The suite was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the scenic view from the bath was a lovely bonus. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the trip.
