Thank you, Asia Mystika, for an unforgettable trip! My wife and I, along with six family members and friends, just returned from an incredible one-week visit to Vietnam, all arranged and guided by Asia Mystika. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, our consultant Arthur was invaluable! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us plan every detail, answering countless questions over months of preparation, and stayed in touch to assist whenever needed. Our trip was wonderful in every way, with lovely accommodations, delicious food, skilled and fun-loving guides, and safe drivers. Our diverse and busy itinerary gave us a fantastic opportunity to experience the country, its people, and its culture. Highlights of our journey included Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and Halong Bay. We traveled by limousine, overnight cruise, and Vietnam Air, making each part of the journey special. Thanks to careful planning and our excellent local guides, our trip was both enjoyable and educational. Our guides—Billy in Hanoi, Tobi in Ninh Binh, and Tuan in Halong Bay—were all delightful and passionate about their work. They were knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and each brought their personality and humor to make us feel at home. Arthur and all the guides were outstanding, earning high praise and appreciation from our group of 8. Thank you, Asia Mystika, for a wonderful travel experience! We highly recommend your company.

We had only booked a couple of tours before arriving in Vietnam, but we quickly realized that getting around without speaking the language or knowing the area wasn’t easy. Asia Mystika and their guides were fantastic—they didn’t miss a beat! What stood out was that they actually listened to us and didn’t just take us to the typical tourist-packed spots. The guides spoke excellent English, had deep local knowledge, and were incredibly patient. By the end of our trip, we had booked over 10 tours with them, and we couldn’t recommend them more. Navigating big cities solo can make you a target, but with a guide, you’re free to enjoy the sights without being hassled or stuck in long queues. Treat yourself by spending a little extra on a guide—it’s well worth it for a smooth, enjoyable trip. We also used Asia Mystika for all our transfers, which were flawless—a real relief after a long flight.

Arthur was incredibly professional and dedicated, ensuring my trip went smoothly and was truly enjoyable. His English was excellent, and he was so friendly and easy to work with. He anticipated all my needs, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I highly recommend Asia Mystika for anyone seeking a memorable travel experience in the Hanoi area. You’ll be glad you did!

My wife and I chose Hanoi for our honeymoon, and this was our very first activity. It was an incredible way to kick off our vacation and a fantastic introduction to the city! We were lucky to have Billy as our guide, and he made the experience unforgettable. Hanoi is a beautiful city with so much to offer, but Billy’s passion for it and for Vietnam brought everything to life. His deep knowledge of the city’s history and culture, along with his colorful insights, made us feel at ease and excited to explore. By the end of the trip, he felt like family! I can’t recommend a visit to Hanoi enough, and if you go, experiencing the city with Billy is a must. The country, city, and culture are stunning, and while we were sad to leave, it’s Billy we’ll miss the most. Thanks to this incredible experience, we’re already planning our next trip to see Vietnam and, of course, Billy!

The whole experience was really well-organized. We were picked up right on time, then headed to Ninh Binh to explore the Old Capital. After a short 15-minute hike up the mountain steps, we got back in the car and headed to a lovely lunch spot. The tour was excellent and well-organized from start to finish. Despite the moody weather and a busy Sunday, we had a fantastic time. The buffet lunch was thoughtfully prepared with a great variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The comfortable bus made the journey enjoyable, and I loved the cycling through the village and the serene boat ride through the caves in Trang An. The quick hike up 500 steps to Mua Cave was challenging but absolutely worth it. A special thank you to Mr. Arthur and the Asia Mystika team for putting together this fantastic package. Definitely a tour to recommend!

This was hands down the best tour I've experienced in Hanoi. While Halong Bay didn’t surprise me much since I’ve seen similar scenery in other countries, the overall trip was still the best for me. The temple visits, rich history, biking, and the bamboo boat ride were highlights—though I did find the boat ride a bit long and hot towards the end. The last destination was just unbelievable! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, and the food was fantastic. Totally worth every penny. Thank you!
