Upon arrival in Hanoi airport, you will transfer by private coach to our hotel in the center of Hanoi. If time permits, take an orientation tour and a chance to acclimatize ourselves.

DAY 04

SAPA TREKKING – BAC HA MARKET (B/-/-)

On arrival in the border town of Lao Cai, have breakfast before driving to visit a local market (as scheduled).

Continue with a short walk to a hill-tribe village. Here you have the opportunity to visit some local homes to understand more about the daily life of these tribes as well as their culture and traditions.

Afterward transfer by road up through the mountains to the former hill station town of Sapa, a base for tourists visiting the mountainous northwest. In the terraced hills and mountains of this area, the monotony of the expansive green landscape is enlivened by the colors of its hill tribe population - flashes of shining silver jewelry from the necks and wrists of indigo-clad H'mong and the scarlet hues of the turbans worn by the Red Dao can be seen. Observe the ethnic tribes stained hands with color from fabric dye that comes in various shades of blue, red and green and are intricately embroidered and stitched into jackets, waistcoats, pants, skirts, caps, purses and leggings.

DAY 05

LAO CHAI – TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI – HANOI (B/-/-)

Distance: ~ 320km, ~ 7-hours drive

The day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sapa valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6km). En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight.

Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well-tended rice terraces on your way to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continuing through the colorful rice terraces you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River you will cross a small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement. Here you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of human, stilt houses and some beautiful decorative patterns.

In the afternoon, countinue walking through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. Take a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh. Then start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to train station to go back to Hanoi.

DAY 06

HANOI – DA NANG – HOI AN OLD TOWN – DA NANG (B/-/-)

We will arrive at Hanoi train station around 5:30am where you will be picked up brought to a small hotel to freshen up and have breakfast then transfer to the airport to take a flight to Da Nang. Arrive in Da Nang and You’ll be warmly greeted at airport and transferred to Hoi An.

Visit Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO in 1999 as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes: Japanese Bridge, a Sino-Vietnamese - Japanese merchant house, the Chinese Fujian Temple, Hoi An central market, Museum of History and Culture, Hoi An Handicraft Workshop

Afterward, enjoy boating on Thu Bon River to admire the sunset.

DAY 07

DA NANG – HUE – DA NANG (B/-/-)

After breakfast, depart to Hue city. Ride through the Hai Van pass, situated between Hue and Danang city – a wonderful Pass, you could admire the beautiful scenery on the way to go Hue city.

Take a morning cruise on the serene Perfume River to Thien Mu and explore this sacred pagoda. Continue to the former Imperial Citadel and take full advantage of this World Heritage Site. Afternoon, visit a typical Hue garden house typical, the impressive tomb of former Emperor Tu Duc, and a village that crafts traditional conical hats.
