Hanoi – Mai Chau (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you will depart from Hanoi to Mai Chau, a picturesque valley where is home to White Thai ethnic people. We will arrive in Mai Chau around noon, move to the hotel to check-in.
In the afternoon, we will go on a bike ride to discover the unspoiled countryside. The traditional houses on stilts, the welcoming smiles of the Thai, green rice, vegetable gardens bamboo forests, and the local villages such as Chieng Sai, Cha, Cha Long, Na Tang, and Tong Dau..., all of which will surely engraved in our minds for every second we spend there.

Mai Chau hiking (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Mai Ha, known for its production of rice and corn alcohol, to begin your pleasant hike. You will pass through Thai villages at the foot of the Pu Poc mountain range and then a vast bamboo forest, surrounded by lush landscapes. The walk will take you to Ban Te, a Thai village still relatively unknown to travelers. Lunch will be served on the way or in a local house. After that you will continue to hike through more tropical forests before reaching the village of Na Meo, inhabited by Thai people, where your driver will be waiting for you. You will then return to the lodge.

Mai Chau – Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Short cycle from Tam Coc to Bich Dong (B/-/-)
Have breakfast at the hotel.
At 08:30, the driver and guide will pick you up to head to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which includes Tam Coc and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le reigned in 10th century.
The visit in Ninh Binh starts by Hoa Lu ancient capital with Dinh & Le temples.
Continue to take a boat trip in Tam Coc: Known as the "Ha Long Bay on land," Tam Coc features a boat ride that passes through three natural caves (hence the name "Tam Coc," meaning "three caves"). The route takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and travels through rice fields. Tam Coc is more focused on the rice fields and caves, providing a more intimate and rural experience. Transfer from Tam Coc to Bich Dong Pagoda.

Day 6 (November 2025): Ninh Binh – Halong Bay Overnight Cruise (B/L/D)
Have breakfast at the hotel.
At 08:00, the driver to the coastal port of Halong. The journey takes around three hours with a break to stretch your legs. Upon arrival in Tuan Chau Marina, embark your boat and start cruising. Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site composed of almost 2,000 islands and jungle-clad limestone pillars.
After arriving at noon, you will board a beautiful boat for an overnight cruise on Halong Bay with an excellent menu of fresh seafood. Lunch and dinner are served on boat.
You will experience the activities: visit cave, island, go swimming, join cooking class, sunset party, squid fishing, etc.

Halong Bay – Hanoi – Flight to Hue (B/BR/-)
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the aquamarine waters of the bay at its best. After tea/coffee and pastries have been served, the boat will continue to cruise quietly through the spectacular limestone formations of Halong Bay. Enjoy this more isolated part of the bay’s spectacular and unique islands. You will return to Halong harbor after a very hearty brunch on board.
Head to Hanoi Airport for a flight Hue. Check in the hotel and relax.

Hue City tour – Imperial Citadel – Royal Tomb (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you will take a city tour in hue. Visit the imposing Imperial Citadel and Forbidden Purple City. Extensively damaged during the Vietnam War, the citadel still exudes much of the grandeur of its past. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Royal Tomb of Minh Mang, a complex of 40 monuments set in surroundings of gardens and pools. Continue to the old Thien Mu Pagoda before taking a cruise on the Perfume River.

Hue – Marble Mountain - Hoian (B/-/-)
Leave Hue for Danang, taking a scenic route over the Hai Van Pass. Continue visiting Cham Museum- It evokes some motifs of French colonial architecture in the early twentieth century and resembles the image of the Champa temples - towers in Central Viet Nam. Continue to visit Marble Mountain - is a group of five limestone mountains in Vietnam. This destination is not only a tourist attraction but also a Buddha worship site.

Hoi An – Cam Thanh Forest – Hoi An ancient town (B/-/-)

At 15:00, the driver and guide will pick you up to visit Bay Mau 7 hectares water coconut forest at Cam Thanh Village. Hearing about the past war story before exploring the now tranquil coconut-palm-flanked waterways of a past war and hearing of the extreme conditions endured by soldiers of both sides. Enjoy Thung Chai basket boat demonstration by our crews.
Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats and join in basket boat racing for fun and learn how to make origami creations from reeds of palm leaves such as grasshoppers, birds, rings, sunglass, bracelets, etc.
Back to visit Hoi An Town, recognized by UNESCO in 1999 as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes: Japanese Bridge, a Sino-Vietnamese - Japanese merchant house, the Chinese Fujian Temple, Hoi An central market, Museum of History and Culture, Hoi An Handicraft Workshop.

In the morning, tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Start your day with a peaceful cycling tour through the charming countryside of Hoi An. Ride along quiet village paths, pass by rice paddies, water buffalo, and traditional homes. Visit local workshops, interact with friendly villagers, and experience the slow-paced rural life. This refreshing morning ride is perfect for those who want to see the authentic beauty of Hoi An beyond the old town.
Back to the hotel at noon and relax.
In the afternoon (06pm), tour guide and driver will pick you up to visit Hoi An Impression Theme Park and watch The Hoi An Memories show (the show runs every night from 8.00 to 9.00 p.m. except for Tuesdays, ticket will be Eco class).
The Theme Park opens at 5pm. The park is a staggering medley of historical architecture and miniature
themed villages, as well as mini-shows and creative workshops that all collectively offer an immersive experience of Old Hoi An with a depth and completeness that Hoi An’s Ancient Town, with its one dimension of temporality, simply cannot offer.

Your local guide will meet you at your hotel at 08:30 and you’ll take a bicycle ride to the center of Hoi An to visit the colorful market. At the market you’ll have the opportunity to interact with local sellers and learn about the fresh ingredients you’ll be using during your cooking lesson later in the day. This is a great chance to take some photos as well, so be sure to have your camera ready!
After visiting the market, you’ll take a ride to Tra Que vegetable village. You’ll enjoy a welcome drink and then walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work in their fields following the methods that have been in use for hundreds of years.
Next you’ll having a cooking lesson with a chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, you’ll have a chance to enjoy what you’ve cooked! At around 14:00, you’ll bid farewell to your host family before riding back to Hoi An and your hotel.

According to your flight, the driver will transfer you to Danang international airport to take flight to Saigon. Arrive in Saigon, you’ll be greeted by the driver and transfer to the hotel, check in hotel at 14:00 and relax.
At 18:00 – 18:30, you will be picked up from your hotel by an experienced driver in a Female Vespa before being driven to our venue. Start Street Food Tour by motorbike.
You can see the city's landmarks and narrow streets where locals go about their daily lives. We'd want to introduce you to some of our local favorites, such Vietnamese rice pancakes and spring rolls, at our first stop for dinner, a local eatery.
At the second stop, we invite you to enjoy delicious banana sticky rice from a local vendor. No table and chair to have a seat, we stand by the vendor, look how they make this sweet snack by enjoying their balanced and tasty food.
Then, we continue our discovery of Saigon to local Seafood restaurant, another experience for you to taste the seafood with great ambience of the local.
After that, along the Nhieu Loc canal, let’s chill with the fresh air, having a look at “Happy Road”, then stop at lovely local shop to savour Avocado ice cream - a trendy dessert. Then we will get back to your hotel.

Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Half day city tour (B/-/-)

At 08:30, the driver and guide will pick you up to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, which is an underground defense system built by Viet Minh resistance officials from 1946 - 1948. The tunnel system includes clinics, rooms, kitchens, storage, and office. Length of about 250km, here is the Vietnam soldier’s battle base in the resistant American period. Have a short walk into the jungle to visit the traps, the secret entrance, the bunkers, and the underground hideouts. Go back to Saigon.
In the afternoon, start half-day Saigon city tour. Visit The Independence Palace symbolizes Vietnam's victory, peace, and territorial integrity. Visit Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office: Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
End of the tour is Ben Thanh Market: This bustling market is very popular with tourists, primarily due to its central location. It has a wide selection of goods ranging from fake Nike shoes to beautiful silk Ao Dais.

Mekong delta is known as The Nine Dragon river delta since it is formed by nine rivers. The background of this area is the largest site of endless paddy fields, coconut farms, tropical gardens.
Drive to My Tho, about 70km from Saigon, known as the "rice basket" in Vietnam. Upon arrival Cruising through Mekong River, passing a fishing village. Visiting some small islets as Turtle, Dragon, Phoenix Island. under a green canopy of water coconut trees. Walking through some villages to a fruit garden. Taste tropical fruits, while having live Southern traditional music. Discover Vam Chua natural canal (Ben Tre province) by rowing boat. Have honey tea. Short rowing boat ride, enjoy the nice boat ride through natural island and canals in Ben Tre under the shadow of the water coconut trees.
After exploring My Tho, transfer to Can Tho for overnight.
