I have purchased a ticket already, but I see the price has lowered. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Full refunds may not be permitted after your ticket has been issued and e-ticket sent to the email on the booking. You would need to cancel your existing booking first and then purchase a new ticket, accepting any penalties that may be charged for cancellation.
