A culinary journey to remember! Saigon's street food scene was an explosion of flavours – banh mi and pho were daily staples. Siem Reap introduced us to delicious Khmer cuisine. Hoi An was a food lover's paradise; we took a cooking class and savoured every bite of Cao Lau. Da Nang offered fresh seafood by the beach. Hue’s imperial cuisine felt refined and unique. Even in Ninh Binh, we found delightful local specialties. The fresh seafood on our Ha Long Bay cruise was exceptional. And Hanoi? Bun Cha and egg coffee were unforgettable! Billy was a great help, always ready with fantastic restaurant recommendations, from hidden local gems to more upscale dining experiences. He truly understood our quest for authentic tastes.
