We reached out to Go Asia in September 2024 to plan a Vietnam tour, and Billy got back to us right away. He asked about our preferences to create a customized itinerary, and he quickly put together a fantastic plan that we were excited to book. While some might hesitate to book this way, especially since we had to arrange our own flights, I can’t recommend Billy and the team at Asia Mystika highly enough. Billy stayed in touch via email throughout the entire process, and he always responded promptly to any questions we had (considering the time difference). When we arrived at our hotel, Billy met us in person to review the itinerary and address any last-minute questions. The trip he organized was perfect for us—every excursion and taxi pickup was well-coordinated and always on time, with Billy staying in touch throughout our entire stay. We chose the 3-star option, and each hotel Billy selected was excellent, in prime locations with warm, friendly, and helpful staff. After our 7-day tour, we wanted to enjoy some time at the beach, and Billy gave us great advice on where to stay. Overall, our trip was absolutely amazing and went off without a hitch. It was fantastic value for money and worth every penny. We highly recommend Asia Mystika and will definitely book through them again when we return to Vietnam!

We feel so lucky to have found Asia Mystika, with Arthur as our main contact. He was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and always available whenever we needed him. Arthur even took the time to visit us at our hotel, which was a nice personal touch. Our journey began in Hanoi, followed by an overnight stay in Ninh Binh, and then we flew down to Da Nang, where we stayed at the lovely Canvas Hotel in Hoi An. Arthur and the Asia Mystika team took care of all the details, from arranging taxis to coordinating pick-ups, making sure every part of our itinerary went smoothly. We highly recommend Asia Mystika and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. The excellent service and unforgettable experience truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Arthur!

We booked our 6-night tour of Vietnam through Asia Mystika and were initially a bit nervous about how everything would go. But from the start, Billy stayed in close contact with us, providing plenty of information about the upcoming trip, which put us at ease. Everything went smoothly—timing was spot-on, and we were met exactly as outlined in our itinerary. Most of the hotels exceeded our expectations, except for one, but that was easily made up for when we decided to upgrade from the 13-hour train ride and enjoy an extra night at the charming Canvas Hotel in Danang. The tour guides spoke great English and shared a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. The only downside was our time in Hoi An, where we felt a bit of pressure to buy some touristy items. But overall, it was a wonderful holiday filled with excellent hotels, delicious food, and plenty of exciting excursions. I would absolutely recommend Asia Mystika to anyone considering a trip to this beautiful, friendly, and scenic country!

Our group booked a tour that took us from Hanoi to Ninh Binh Bay and then over to Danang. The guides they provided spoke good English and shared lots of interesting information about each area. Some of the tour operators were a bit pushy about selling extras like cable car rides or upgraded boat experiences, but overall, it wasn't a big issue. The hotels were actually better than what I usually choose when traveling and quite comfortable for the regions we visited. We did have a rough experience with a bus operator who tried to charge us extra, and when we refused, he made our border crossing stressful, even threatening to leave us behind if we took too long. Thankfully, Arthur, our contact at Asia Mystika, was always available to help sort out any issues and answer any questions we had.

My cooking class in Hanoi, Vietnam, was truly fantastic—one of the most authentic experiences I've ever had. It wasn’t just about cooking; it was an immersive dive into the local culture. We kicked off the day by visiting the bustling local markets, where we were given Vietnamese currency to buy fresh ingredients. This hands-on approach allowed us to connect with local vendors, making the whole experience feel even more genuine. After gathering everything, we headed to a local home, and that’s where the real magic happened. Cooking in an actual Vietnamese kitchen, with the warm hospitality of our hosts, made it such a special experience. Arthur, our tour support, along with the other students, made the entire process so fun and educational. The food we made was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the connection we felt to the local culture and way of life. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a deeper understanding of Vietnam. A big thank you to Tom and all the students for making it such an unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing day-long tour around Ninh Binh with our guide Billy, who was truly fantastic! He planned the day perfectly, ensuring we visited as many spots as possible while giving us breaks to escape the summer heat. He also recommended a great place for lunch. At our last stop, I accidentally left my wallet at a drink shop, but didn’t realize it until about 15 minutes later. Billy immediately sprang into action, making a few calls and spreading the word through local social groups. He took us back to the shop, but there was no sign of the wallet. Not giving up, Billy spotted a security camera, insisted on reviewing the footage, and managed to track down my wallet! Without his quick thinking and determination, I would have lost it for sure. We only had a couple of hours before catching a train to Danang, so a huge thank you to Billy! He’s not only a great guide but also incredibly resourceful.

Our guide was absolutely lovely—so welcoming and easy to chat with! We visited a variety of different places and got to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a great selection of dishes. He gave us interesting background info about the food we were eating and even shared some tips on how to make the rolls. We went to 5 or 6 spots that we never would have found on our own, and we’re so glad we had him to show us around. We ended the tour with an egg coffee, which was more like a dessert than a drink—it was delicious! Afterward, we asked him to drop us off at Train Street. The tour lasted about 3.5 hours and was the perfect way to spend an evening!

Highly recommended mostly because of my fantastic guide, Arthur! He was extremely knowledgeable about Hanoi and Vietnamese history and culture. The highlight of the trip for me was visiting the Ho Chi Minh complex, and I was very happy to have Arthur as my tour support. I also appreciated his expert guidance at the Temple of Literature. Arthur was very flexible and was able to adjust the agenda to things I was especially interested in seeing. He also went above and beyond by helping buy stamps at the post office at the end of the day. 5 stars! And a huge thank you to Arthur!

Our Vietnam tour was absolutely perfect! Arthur was incredibly helpful and crafted a tour tailored exactly to our needs. We explored Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, and Danang, and everything—from the organization to the tour guides, hotels, transfers, and overall support—was exceptional. I would recommend Asia Mystika 100%! A big thank you to the team for making our trip so special!

The tour was fantastic—so well organized and an incredible value for money. Mr. Arthur, our contact in Vietnam, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all of our emails, making sure everything we asked for was taken care of. The hotels were well-chosen and, aside from a few minor issues, were excellent. We had a wonderful time in Ninh Binh at the Majestic Resort, with more activities planned than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. We were initially a bit unsure about taking the overnight train from Hanoi to Da Nang, but we ended up loving the experience and are so glad we did it. We also appreciated having plenty of free time during the tour to explore on our own. Big thanks to Mr. Arthur for all his hard work—you truly did a great job!

We were so lucky to have the wonderful Billy as our guide during our trip through Vietnam (Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Danang – Hoi An). Every time we met him at the Hanoi airport, he greeted us with the biggest smile. He was always happy, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable! Billy showed us the best of Hanoi, sharing all the beautiful sights and experiences it has to offer. In Hoi An, he went above and beyond by helping us find tailors to make some clothes and answering all our questions and requests. The charm of Hoi An is incredible, but it’s the people, like Billy, that truly make it special. Thank you so much, Billy, for creating memories that will last a lifetime! We can’t wait to come back and see your cheerful, smiling face again!

This was a little treat during my business trip to Vietnam. While there were other tour groups in some of the spots we visited, parts of the trip were quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The food was fantastic, and our tour guide Arthur was amazing—super knowledgeable and helpful. I chose to ride a scooter instead of a bicycle and absolutely loved it! Just a tip: bring some cash for tips and extra drinks. If you're visiting in September, remember it's the rainy season, so pack some water-friendly shoes (I brought chacos), and you’ll be all set. I also brought a waterproof phone pouch to hang around my neck for easy photo-taking!

Arthur, our tour support, was super passionate and friendly, which made the experience really enjoyable. The tour itself was well-organized and on time, and they even provided water for us, with a very comfortable coach for the journey. The only slight letdown was the My Son Sanctuary, as much of it has been rebuilt, which took away from the original feel. I’m not sure if it was because our guide didn’t have much to share, or if there simply isn’t that much to say about the site.

My brother and I enjoyed a memorable tour of Hanoi and Halong Bay, thanks to Asia Mystika. The itinerary was well-organized, and the scenic views were spectacular. Helen, our travel agent, took care of everything—from a seamless airport pickup to a fantastic tour. Halong Bay was particularly impressive with the Dragon Cruise’s delicious meals and fun group activities. The Old Quarters in Hanoi were great for shopping and relaxation, and our stay at Mina Hotel & Spa was very pleasant with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The service was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. Asia Mystika’s prompt responses and constant online support were very impressive. Highly recommended!

Been to Vietnam a few times but it's our 1st with Asia Mystika, Mr Billy. He was quick and very responsible with his promises to us. His choices of hotels and planned itineraries were according to his promises. We had a great and memorable time, Thanks to his meticulous planning. The drivers and local guide Loi were also very careful and accommodating to our requests. Our whole group had a blast in North West Vietnam during the Christmas and New Year season. We won't hesitate to recommend Asia Mystika to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful country!

Helen and the team at Asia Mystika are AMAZING! We were having difficulty with last minute preparations for a trip regarding securing a Visa, and they saved the day! They were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Helen continued to check on us even after everything was secured. I have already recommended Asia Mystika to friends and family and will not hesitate to use their services again for all future trips to Vietnam. Such a wonderful experience working with this company, Thank you Helen and Asia Mystika!
