We had an amazing evening exploring the streets of Hanoi with our tour guide, Billy. He took the time to explain every dish and drink we tried, along with the history behind how each became a popular part of Vietnamese cuisine. It was not only educational but also gave us the confidence to choose what to eat for the rest of our trip in Vietnam. Highly recommend!
