From the moment we reached out to Billy at Asia Mystika for our one-week tour of Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Halong, we knew we were in great hands!

We usually travel independently, so this was our first time using a travel company. After a hectic year, we were feeling pretty exhausted, but with Billy’s support, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of everything, from helping with our visas to answering our WhatsApp questions—even down to how much to tip our driver. Billy was always available, day or night, and no matter how many questions we had, he was patient and accommodating.
