We went on an 11-day trip covering Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Halong, and it was fantastic! Anytime we had a question or ran into an issue, we could just reach out to Arthur on WhatsApp, and he handled everything for us. He did an amazing job organizing the entire tour, making sure everything went smoothly, and being incredibly patient with us—especially when we got anxious about things like a driver being 15 minutes late or missing at the airport. Arthur truly made everything easier for us, and his support was invaluable. We would absolutely do this trip again, as long as Arthur is there to guide us!
